The arm mucules are divided into 2 regions:

1. BRACELED BICEPS
Proximal Insertion:
PLong prayer: Supra-glenoid tuber
Short Portion: Coracoid Process
Distal Insertion: Radial Tuberosity
Innervation: Musculocutaneous Nerve (C5 and C6)
Action: Elbow / Shoulder Flexion and Forearm Supination
2. PREVIOUS BRACIAL
Proximal Insertion: Anterior face of the distal half of the humerus
Distal Insertion: Coronoid process and ulnar tuberosity
Innervation: Musculocutaneous Nerve (C5 and C6)
Action: Elbow Flexion
3. CORACOBRAQUIAL
Proximal Insertion: Coracoid process & #8211; shoulder blade
Distal Insertion: 1/3 average of medial face of humerus body
Innervation: Musculocutaneous Nerve (C5 and C6)
Action: Arm Flexion and Adduction
Later Region
1.TRANCEPS BRACH
Proximal Insertion:
Long portion: Infra-glenoid tuber
Medial Portion: ½ distal to posterior surface of humerus (below radial sulcus)
Side portion: ½ proximal to posterior surface of humerus (above radial sulcus)
Distal Insertion: Olécrano
Innervation: Radial Nerve (C7 & #8211; C8)
Action: Elbow Extension
