Female Genital SystemThe female genital organs are responsible for the production of the eggs, and after their fertilization by the sperm, offer conditions for development until the birth of the new being.
Female genitals consist of a group of internal organs and another of external organs.

The Internal organs are inside the pelvis and consist of the Ovaries, Uterine Tubes or oviducts, Uterus and Vagina.

Female Reproductive System - Internal Organs

The External Organs They are superficial to the urogenital diaphragm and are below the pubic arch. The mammary glands are also considered part of the female genital system.
