2. FINGER EXTENDER
Proximal Insertion: Lateral tibial condyle, proximal fibula and interosseous membrane Distal Insertion: Middle and distal phalanx of the 2nd to 5th fingers Innervation: Deep Fibular Nerve (L4 & #8211; S1) Action: Extension of MF, IFP and IFD from 2nd to 5th fingers
3. HALUX LONG EXTENSOR
Proximal Insertion: 2/4 intermediate fibula and interosseous membrane Distal Insertion: Distal Hallux Phalanx Innervation: Deep Fibular Nerve (L4 & #8211; S1) Action: Hallux Extension, Dorsal Flexion, and Foot Inversion
4. THIRD FIBER
Proximal Insertion: 1/3 distal to the anterior aspect of the fibula Distal Insertion: Base of the 5th metatarsal Innervation: Deep Fibular Nerve (L5 & #8211; S1) Action: Foot Eversion

Proximal Insertion: Head, 2/3 proximal to the lateral surface of the fibula and lateral tibial condyle Distal Insertion: 1st metatarsal and medial cuneiform Innervation: Superficial Fibular Nerve (L4 & #8211; S1) Action: Plantar Flexion and Foot Eversion

Proximal Insertion: Medial condyle of the femur Distal Insertion: Calcaneal Innervation: Tibial Nerve (S1 & #8211; S2) Action: Knee Flexion and Plantar Ankle Flexion
Proximal Insertion: Femoral lateral condyle Distal Insertion: Sole line of the posterior tibial surface Innervation: Tibial Nerve (L4 & #8211; S1) Action: Knee Flexion and Medial Rotation
2. LONG FLEXOR OF FINGERS
Proximal Insertion: Posterior face of tibia Distal Insertion: Distal Phalanges of 2nd to 5th Finger Innervation: Tibial Nerve (L5 & #8211; S1) Action: Plantar Flexion and Ankle Inversion, MF Flexion, IFP and IFD 2nd to 5th Fingers
3. HALUX LONG FLEXOR
Proximal Insertion: 2/3 distal to the posterior surface of the fibula and interosseous membrane Distal Insertion: Distal Hallux Phalanx Innervation: Tibial Nerve (L5 & #8211; S2) Action: Hallux Flexion, Plantar Flexion and Ankle Inversion
4. AFTER TIBIAL
Proximal Insertion: Posterior face of tibia and proximal 2/3 of fibula and interosseous membrane Distal Insertion: 3 cuneiform (medial, middle and lateral), cuboid, navicular and base of the 2nd to 4th metatarsals Innervation: Tibial Nerve (L5 and S1) Action: Plantar Flexion and Inversion of the Foot
