It is a light, spongy, irregular, odd bone and is located in the anterior part of the skull.
It has 4 parts:

Horizontal Blade (Sieve)
Galli Crest & #8211; triangular process in the midline
Perpendicular Blade
Side Masses (Labyrinth)
The ethmoid articulates with thirteen bones: Frontal (1), Sphenoid (1), Nasal (2), Lacrimal (2), Jaw (2), Palatine (2), Lower Nasal Shells (2) and the Vömer (1) ).
